As a new organization, we're excited to build hockey opportunities for players of all backgrounds and experience levels. In the coming months, we'll also be offering beginner-friendly events, learn-to-play opportunities, and social gatherings designed to make hockey more accessible for everyone.

Pride Skate

🕕 Time: 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM
📍 Location: UAA/Avis Sports Complex. Anchorage, AK.

Join Alaska Pride Hockey Association for an evening of hockey, community, and fun! Whether you've been playing for years or are just getting connected with the local LGBTQ+ hockey community, we'd love to see you there.

This skate will likely be a casual scrimmage-style session. All skill levels are welcome. Our goal is to create a positive, inclusive environment where everyone can enjoy the game and meet new people.

To participate on the ice, you'll need:

  • A current USA Hockey registration number

  • Full hockey equipment (including helmet, gloves, pads, and stick)

Don't have gear or a USA Hockey number or gear? You're still encouraged to come! We'd love for you to stop by, meet the group, watch the skate, ask questions, and socialize. Whether you're interested in playing in the future or simply want to connect with the community, you're welcome here.
